Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys/Girls AAA Hockey

• Refunds will not be issued in the case of player injury or illness once team, league, or program has started. • No-shows or players who leave a team, league, or program for any reason will not receive refunds or credits. • Dismissal from team, league, or program for behavioral reasons will not be eligible for credit to future programs • The South Metro Thunder are not responsible for damaged or stolen articles while attending team, league, or program activities.

Skating Skills Camp

Tournament Payment

We consider the payment of the tournament fees as a statement that your player is fully committing to the spot on the tournament roster. -Once the tournament fees have been paid, there will be no reimbursement of fees due to a player's change of plans, injury, or illness. -It will not be up to South Metro Thunder staff to find a player that will reimburse the original player.
